Teleologic believes that the design and creation of a learning product must be based on a clear understanding of a client's needs and goals.

Accordingly, Teleologic begins its work with clients by identifying and understanding the specific problems or needs a client has, so it can then purposefully design a learning product to address those needs/problems.

Decisions regarding:

• what instructional content is presented to learners,
• how content is presented,
• instructional activities learners are engaged in, and
• how learners are assessed

are then based on this understanding of the purpose the learning product needs to achieve.
