I'm concerned. I've been feeling sluggish since the end of the racing season. At first I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough sleep, because I was pretty busy at the end of the semester. After finals were over I slept for a couple of days. I was surprised though that afterwards I still felt tired. My roommate had had similar symptoms and her physician told her to take iron supplements for three months. She had some left over and suggested that I take one a day and see if I felt less fatigued. I'm not sure what I should do. What do you think?
A. Take the supplement for a month and see if you feel less fatigued.
B. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement that includes iron but also includes vitamin C and the B vitamins.
C. Make an appointment with a physician and describe the symptoms.
D. Make sure you get enough sleep, usually it just takes time to resolve post-season fatigue.
