One of the booths we're preparing for our annual Health Fair will focus on cholesterol. I'd like you to take charge of helping put together the materials for this booth. There are some posters, brochures and other materials I want you to review for possible use in the booth. To be prepared, you're going to need to understand some basic information about cholesterol.
