to consider the effects of training and the issue of fats and cholesterol.
I'm sure you're aware that fats in the blood are an important health issue. Many
of our clients have lots of questions about cholesterol and how diet and exercise
might help them reduce their risk for heart disease. We also receive questions regarding
the effect training has on helping endurance athletes be better fat burners. Our
goal in this orientation session is to prepare you for these kinds of questions.
