be asked about is carbohydrates. Lots of our clients want to know:
Why do I need carbohydrates?
How much do I need?
What happens if I don't get enough?
Carbohydrates are a hot topic among athletes, and for good reason. Carbohydrates
are important fuel for all athletes, and an inadequate supply will lead to a decrease
in performance. But here's a caution: there is a lot of information out there about
carbohydrates, but there are also some common misconceptions.
We need to make sure you know the right information about carbohydrates so you can
do a good job advising your clients. For example, take a look at Mario, Sheila, and
