Welcome to Day 1 of your orientation here at Fitness, Inc. We have a lot to cover today, so let's get to it.

By the time this session is over, you're going to know the predominant nutrients used to fuel activities of varying intensity and duration. We're going to help you recognize the effect training has on fuel usage, and we're going to help you understand how the body uses fats to fuel activity. To help you learn this information, we're going to have you review the registration records of several Fitness, Inc. clients and then make some nutrition decisions regarding them.
